ESG at Amadeus
Introducing sustainability in a both accessible and energizing way.
Challenge
Amadeus asked us to create an engaging e-learning experience that would teach employees the basics of sustainability and ESG, while inspiring them to take action. The learning experience had to be fully accessible (WCAG 2.2), diverse and inclusive.
Development
We developed four engaging modules together with subject-matter experts from BlinkLane Consulting and reviewers from Amadeus. We shot the videos for the online training in two days at PLNT, which is a sustainable co-working space in Leiden.
Solution
We delivered 19 engaging lessons, with lots of video, interactive exercises and knowledge checks. Despite the sensitive subject, learners praised the online course for its clarity and engagement. They graded it with an average of 4.3 out of 5 stars.
