Agile at Vanderlande
How we taught all employees the Agile mindset and organizing around value
Challenge
Vanderlande asked us to create two modules about: 1) Agile mindset and behaviors and 2) how to organize around value at scale. They wanted the modules to be practical and no-nonsense, having the typical Vanderlande look and feel so that employees could easily recognize themselves and their environment.
Development
We developed the e-learning scripts together with a dedicated review team from Vanderlande and our own in-house experts. We shot the videos in two days at multiple locations of Vanderlande’s head office. To limit the budget, we used a highly-mobile setup with smartphones (4K), a lighting rig and a gimbal.
Solution
We delivered 14 engaging lessons, with lots of video, interactive exercises, knowledge checks and over 10 instances where employees shared their own experiences and tips. Vanderlande not only praised us for the results, but also for the development which they said was “on time, on budget and on point”.
